Perform like a Pro Under Pressure
For Kids

Ages 8-13 (although you parents may want in on this too...)
A Workshop for Performance Practices & Managing Performance Anxiety
Are you finding it hard to LAND your AUDITION/DREAM ROLE/SOLO because you can’t effectively showcase yourself due to nerves?
Do you get butterflies and find it hard to CALM YOUR BREATH when singing/performing in public?
Does your voice feel great in practice and then get shaky or unreliable when performing/auditioning?
Do you feel shy about LETTING YOUR VOICE BE HEARD, even within groups?
Do you want to learn how to COMMUNICATE while performing and make the adults cry and the other kids cheer?
Do you wonder how you should stand, what to do with your hands, or just feel plain awkward when performing in public? (*spoiler alert, I won’t be showing you how to stand, because its NOT about that)
Are you uncertain how to best PREPARE right before an audition/performance?
Do you want to learn the TIPS and TRICKS of PROFESSIONALS, and not just bland advice like “take a deep breath” or "imagine Aunt Mildred cheering for you in the back row”? (like, c’mon, we all know that just makes it worse…)
This program is for you, then.
Yeah, I know you’re a “kid”, but you need real world advice. I am surprised when I hear my colleagues say things like “kids don’t get nervous”…. Ummmmm, really? Write me back when you’re a kid again…
So yeah, you get nervous. This is normal. But the GOOD NEWS is: there are techniques to help you present yourself better as a singer and get a handle on those butterflies.
This Workshop is action-packed with activities and information in a snappy 3-Day event.

MEET THE TEAM

I love helping my students grow and overcome vocal and mindset challenges. Seeing them take their voices and careers to the next level is what I am passionate about. I help singers realize their complete vocal potential through holistic and customized training of the voice, body and mind.
Along with my career as an opera singer, I have been teaching private voice for over 15 years, which I began while completing my Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance at Westminster Choir college. Afterwards, I completed my Graduate degree in Opera Performance at The University of Texas in Austin. ("Hook 'em Horns")
My students have received many honors including final selections for NBC's The Voice, pageants, classical voice competitions, and artistic scholarships for conservatories and universities.
Additionally, they regularly perform leading roles in Musical Theater and Opera, both in regional companies and educational institutions. They can be heard as solo artists or in bands throughout the USA, ranging from Pop to Rockabilly, on stages and with album releases.
As an opera singer, I have performed with companies such as Opera Orlando, Opera Naples, National Moravian-Silesian Theater, Annapolis Opera, Wichita Grand Opera, Gulfshore Opera, Little Opera Theatre of New York, and Tri-Cities Opera. Major roles include Marietta (Die tote Stadt), Madama Butterfly, Rosalinde (Die Fledermaus), Donna Elvira/Anna (Don Giovanni, Violetta (La Traviata), Fiordiligi (Cosí fan tutte), Susannah, Antonia (Les contes d'Hoffmann), and Suor Angelica.
I have won a few competitions, including The Jenny Lind Competition, Connecticut Concert Opera Competition, The Marcella Kochanska Sembrich Competition, and 5 Towns Music and Art Foundation Competition. Additionally, I was 2nd prize winner of the Kosciuszko Foundation Competition and the National Federation of Music Clubs Biennial Young Artist Awards, 3rd prize winner of the New Jersey State Opera Competition, as well as a grant recipient from CareerBridges Foundation.
I spent many years in New Jersey, and now currently live in Bratislava, Slovakia with my fiance who is an opera conductor. My studio is now global, and I have students in 6 different timezones around the world! I miss my dog, Fifi, who is keeping my Dad company in Florida.

Jenny Clift
Mindfulness Coach/ EFT Practitioner

Jenny is a classically-trained violinist, author, and EFT Tapping coach. She specializes in helping musicians, performers and coaches who are stuck and struggling in their career, fast-track to the success and freedom that they desire and deserve.
Jenny’s career as a violinist derailed when she dropped out of her London music college and gave up the violin for 8 years. She traveled to Spain where she taught English, did a lot of yoga
and kept her house very clean!
Upon moving to Madrid the performing bug bit her once again and she returned to the violin –entering into the precarious world of freelancing in classical orchestras and chamber music, while teaching the violin. In 2011 she was teaching fulltime, playing only at the weekends, and ‘fed up and frustrated’. That’s when she discovered EFT Tapping and it changed her life.
Moving back into performing, she created her violin and guitar duo and recorded two CDs. Orchestra work followed, and for the last two years she’s worked in a Spanish musical, enjoying the company, the stability and the regular income, doing what she loves!
In 2016 she wrote her book, ‘The Music Inside’, which charts this journey and introduces EFT and other inner techniques which enabled her to create a successful career.
Alongside her music she has developed her coaching business, becoming a certified Energy Psychology Coach and an authorized Tapping into Wealth Coach. Jenny loves to help individuals and groups to discover and clear the hidden blocks and subconscious limiting beliefs around their inner music and their work.
This enables and empowers them to take action, achieve their goals, and feel excited, secure and fulfilled in the career that they love.
